
Leadership

• Managed and led organizations with $2 million annual operating and capital budgets and 10 staff, to organizations with $50 million annual operating and capital budgets and over 100 staff.
• Successful implementation of major capital projects with a budget of up to $25 million.
Community Development
• Managed major planning projects including development of Community Area Structure Plans, Parks and Recreation Master Plan, and Municipal Development Plans and Official Community Plans.
• Extensive experience in economic development and investment attraction with a focus on value added, agriculture related industry in the circular (bio) economy.
Governance
• Led the negotiated settlement of a complex annexation and opportunity exploration process for improved inter-municipal relations.
• Developed and implemented Annexation Settlement Agreement and Implementation Plan for municipalities.
• Through collaboration, developed improved relationships with community, neighboring municipalities, First Nations, provincial and federal governments.
